You are cordially invited to join in this celebration at Hong Kong Adventist College. Sam Yuk alumni and veterans or friends of the Adventist mission in China and Asia are particularly welcome. Pioneers (or their representatives) and entities (e.g. Wisconsin Conference) that contributed much to Chinese Adventism will be acknowledged during the ceremony.

If you wish to stay on the College campus, meals may be purchases from the College cafeteria, and some rooms may be available at the Health Center of the College (limited availability - first come first serve) . The Center for Chinese Adventist Heritage (CCAH) is a joint initiative of Adventism in China (AIC) and Hong Kong Adventist College (HKAC), established with the sole purpose to preserve historical records and heritage artifacts associated with the history of the Seventh-day Adventist movement in China and to Chinese people. The intention is that CCAH resources will be freely available to historians, scholars, students, or interested laypersons worldwide. A special ceremony will be held on 31 October 2014 to celebrate the CCAH initiative, coinciding with the 75th Anniversary celebration of Hong Kong Adventist College.

Direction to Hong Kong Adventist College:

(Leendert, please check) In Hong Kong, take MTR from any MTR stations to Tseung Kwan O station. Then walk to Bus terminal and take minibus Number 103M to Hong Kong Adventist College, 1111 Clear Water Bay Road. The bus will stop right in front of the College Gate. Alternatively, you can take a taxis from Tseung Kwan O station directly to the Hong Kong Adventist campus. Taxi fare will be about $30 HKD.

  1. Joint AIC-ASDAH Conference (Oct 30-31, 2014): Reflection on Adventism in China and Asia, a scholarly conference jointly organized by the Association of SDA Historians and Adventism in China.

  2. Post Conference Tour (Nov 3-14, 2014): Footsteps of Adventist Pioneers in China, a specially designed tour of major tourist destinations in China and Adventist landmarks in China.
